3 Steps to Creating a Happy Life




In life, everyone desires to be happy and live a fulfilled life. However, due to daily stress, our thoughts get in the way of achieving and living in a state of HAPPINESS.
Emotions can be referred to as a powerful feature when it comes to our overall well-being. Studies have it that a positive feeling brings a positive physical and psychological response and also longevity and overall health. Also, negative emotions drain our system and create distress leading to many diseases.


Consciously choosing to fill our mind and body with positive emotions helps us to deal with stressful situations in a more efficient and effective way, build resilience and support our system and overall energy.



I want to share with you 3 easy steps on how you can consciously choose HAPPINESS over negative mind chatter, in order to significantly create a positive shift in your daily life.

  1. Every morning (before getting up from bed) set for yourself 5 minutes to Feel into your heart or focus on your chest area. Memorize an event or place which brought happiness into your life in the past. Lock this feeling into your memory. Radiate HAPPINESS throughout every cell in you and spread it throughout your body as far out as you wish. Stay with this feeling for as long as you desire. Recognize that negative thoughts or distractions will arise but you can always redirect your focus on feeling Happy.
